Well, it looks as if the SDSL connection has been fixed, and it appears to be quite reliable now. I wanted to wait until it was to really start going full guns on the web log. THEN vacations, household committments, and employer related issues (i.e. 1 week in Canada), kept me from concentrating on the blog. I should be more active now...
I've also been thinking about how to keep the college metaphor for the blog, while adding personal entries to it. Taking a clue from "On The Third Hand", personal entries and observations will be labelled as "Memos from the Dean", and classified as coming from the Dean's Office. They will be strictly "For Your Information".
What would normally be called "memos" from the Dean's office relating to the affairs of the War College will be marked as Directives.
Things have been pretty busy
